About Willow
Willow provides compassionate support for individuals and families navigating perinatal loss and related experiences.
Our services may include:
Peer support
Counselling
Perinatal consultations
Doula support for pregnancy and perinatal loss
Workshops, circles, or group spaces
Some services are peer-based, while others are provided by trained professionals.
By engaging with Willow’s services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Our Approach
Willow exists to provide thoughtful, compassionate support for those navigating grief, loss, and complex reproductive experiences.
Our work is grounded in dignity, emotional safety, and respect for each person’s unique experience.
While we provide supportive and therapeutic services, Willow does not provide medical care or emergency mental health services.
If you require urgent support, please contact your doctor, a hospital, or local emergency services.
Nature of Services
Counselling and Professional Support
Counselling and consultations provided through Willow are intended to support emotional wellbeing.
They:
are not a substitute for medical treatment
do not provide medical diagnoses
do not replace care from doctors, midwives, or other healthcare professionals.
Clients remain responsible for their own healthcare decisions.
Peer Support
Peer support spaces are facilitated environments where individuals with shared experiences may offer mutual support.
Peer supporters may have lived experience but are not acting as clinicians or therapists unless explicitly stated.
Participants are expected to respect the privacy and experiences of others within these spaces.
Doula Support
Doula services provided by Willow offer non-medical emotional, informational, and practical support.
Doulas:
do not perform clinical or medical tasks
do not replace midwives, nurses, or doctors
support emotional care and advocacy where appropriate.
Scheduling
Bookings may be acquired though:

A booking is confirmed once payment (if required) has been received or confirmation has been sent.
Fees and Payments
Service fees will be clearly communicated prior to booking.
Payments may be made through secure payment platforms.
Some services may offer sliding scale or subsidised sessions depending on availability.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that grief and personal circumstances can be unpredictable.
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Respectful Participation
Willow aims to maintain supportive and respectful spaces.
We do not tolerate:
Harassment
discrimination
abusive or harmful behaviour
breaches of confidentiality within group spaces
Willow reserves the right to remove individuals from services or spaces where the safety of others may be affected.
Confidentiality
Information shared in counselling sessions, consultations, or support spaces will be treated with care and confidentiality.
However, confidentiality may be limited if:
there is risk of harm to yourself or others
there are legal or safeguarding obligations.

Changes to Services
Willow may occasionally update services, pricing, or policies.
